Wake the Dead Coffee

20 years ago, Alesana was just a local band. We played a venue in our hometown, a place called The Brewery, every time they would let us open a show. And every time that would happen, a friend of ours would help us print flyers and put them all over town. That guy owns a coffee company now, Pine State Coffee, right in Raleigh, NC, where the band got it's start. We couldn't think of anyone better to partner with to make our signature roast of coffee. The beans themselves are a Mexico Chiapas, medium roasted to have an excellent body with notes of chocolate, citrus, and malt. It's great prepared in a variety of methods but, just like Alesana did back in the day, you're going to have to do the grinding yourself.
