Shipping times are provided at checkout. They will vary based on the type of shipping selected. These are estimates provided by the USPS. During Holiday season please plan for the possibility of packages taking longer than stated. Please remember that these times do not include processing times.

Our processing times will vary depending on the time of year, any sales, and item launches. We ship as early as same day but at times it may take up to a week. If you need your item quicker please reach out to see if that is something we can do.

If you need to cancel or modify your order in any way please reach out to us asap. Once an order has shipped you will be unable to cancel or modify. Any changes to preorder items must be made before the end of the preorder period.

Most items in the store are exchangable. Any limited edition, food items, or opened wrapped items will not be able to be returned or exchanged. With the exception of the exclusions listed below most items are returnable. Items you wish to return must arrive in the same condition it was shipped. Items arriving dirty, washed, worn, or smelling of smoke etc will be returned to you. Limited edition, food, and opened wrapped items are not able to be returned on exchanged.
